Day 13 – Finding God in Unexpected Places

Faithful Patience:
How is our waiting going?

Work of Art: Penelope (Franklin Simmons, 1903)

Let’s be honest – in today’s world, most of us don’t like to wait. If you’ve ordered gifts online, you’re probably anxiously waiting for their arrival. And if you have little children or grandchildren around, they’re probably constantly asking you how many more days until Christmas.

And yet, the Advent season is all about waiting – patiently awaiting Christ’s arrival.

How is our waiting going in our lives? Are we anxious and impatient with God? Or are we faithfully trusting in his providential timing?

Today, we invite you to watch our video and learn more about how you can wait for the coming of the Lord with strength and peace, and receive his graces in an unexpected way.
