Day 16 – Finding God in Unexpected Places

Silence:
Are you finding time for contemplation?

Work of Art: Silence (Antoine Augustine Préault, 1842)

Advent should be a time for contemplation. The mystery of Christmas is profound. It was a particular moment of history when the human spirit had to maintain silence in the face of the mystery that was beyond them.

Am I allowing opportunities for silence in my life?

In today’s Advent video, Fr. John Bartunek, LC invites us all to make time to reflect on the incarnation. Let’s take some time to silence our own hearts and minds to listen to what God has to say to us today in our own lives.
