Introduction
Welcome to Behold This Heart: A Meditation Novena to the Sacred Heart of Jesus! The actual novena starts tomorrow, but you are invited to begin today with some thoughts on preparing our hearts for this journey.
Each day will include a video reflection on a particular virtue represented in the Sacred Heart presented by Monica Trevino, CRC, music selected for the day, a pdf handout to help you go deeper, and a litany to be prayed each day.

This introduction draws me to experience the love of the most Sacred Heart of Jesus in a deeper way in which my heart yearns for and the music confirms and opens up new ways to know and respond to this greatest of love. Thank you so much for offering this to us. Many blessings, much love to you,

I am excited to begin the novena and to see that Monica Trevino will lead us through it. I followed her meditations previously and find her most inspiring and my personal leader. Janet
Beautiful music, beautiful meditative words, setting the tone for the novena. However, the music seemed to get louder as she continued speaking, making it very hard to hear and decipher her words. I had to struggle to hear what she was saying towards the end. Music used in the background of a speaker should support what is being said, not partially drown it out. I find that nowadays when music and a speech presentation are combined, this unfortunately often is the case. Please correct this for the rest of the novena meditations.
